Rev. Andrew J. Mansfield

There are some people in our city today making lasting impressions upon us. The magnitude of their services is just impossible to describe. Rev. Andrew J. Mansfield is this very special person.

Rev. Andrew J. Mansfield was a very powerful and supportive leader in the City of Monroe. He is best described as the most unusual, kind, loving, patient, and understanding husband, father, grandfather, preacher, veteran, educator, counselor, visionary, leader, friend, and community trailblazer in our city. He was truly an ideal example of a “True Christian.”

Through his deeds and good works, he built better bridges in his efforts to make a difference in our community. With all duties incumbent upon him as a preacher and community leader, he found the time to make a positive impact on the lives of all children. He believed that all children are essential to America’s future.

He diligently labored his time, contributions, support, and love for the students of Carroll High School. He allowed the use of his church facilities when needed by some of Carroll’s organizations and organized fundraising efforts to support many of Carroll’s activities. Determination, perseverance, and hard work exemplified the life, works, and accomplishments of Rev. Andrew J. Mansfield.

I am grateful for him caring about the citizens of Monroe. Rev. Mansfield was a true hero. Caring is sharing. He cared, and he shared. He wanted to make a positive difference in the lives of all people, and he succeeded in achieving that goal. His works have truly spoken for him.
