On October 1, 2015, the Bulldog Booster Club held its third banquet to honor 11 outstanding alumni and supporters of Carroll High School, past and present. This year’s honorees include: Mr. James “Shack” Harris; Rev. Delles Howell, Sr.; Mr. Dontrell Hubbert; Rev. James E. Jackson; Mr. Vincent Landrum; Mayor James E. Mayo; Mr. Walter Rush; Mr. Roy Neal Shelling, Sr.; Mrs. Lorraine Slacks; Mr. David Lewis Staten; and, Mr. Willie Wise. The banquet was held in the Carroll Gymnasium.
